Overview
We are looking for a senior 360 recruiter to join Boomworks in the foundational role for our new Talent Solutions offer.
This is not a standard recruitment role stepping into an established desk. It is an opportunity to help shape a new offer and play a central role in how it grows.
At its core, this is a senior 360 recruitment role. You will build business, manage clients, run jobs, source talent, convert opportunities, and generate revenue. But beyond that, you will help build a broader talent offer, one that connects immediate hiring needs with future capability and workforce priorities.
For the right person, this is both a billing role and a build role.

What will you do
You will:
run a full 360 recruitment desk across business development, client management, candidate delivery, and revenue generation
manage active briefs with pace, judgement, and commercial discipline
source, assess, and nurture talent across immediate and emerging opportunities
build trusted client relationships and convert hiring needs into broader commercial conversations
develop talent pipelines across current demand, next-generation roles, and future capability areas
help shape and build the Next-Gen Roles market as part of the broader Boomworks Talent Solutions offer
contribute to client conversations that link hiring demand with broader workforce and capability priorities
support thought leadership, marketing, and market-facing activity that strengthens the Boomworks Talent Solutions proposition
Your profile
You are an experienced 360 recruiter with strong commercial instincts, market credibility, and the ability to lead from the front.
You know how to build trust, create momentum, and convert opportunity. You understand what it takes to win business, manage clients, deliver quality talent, and keep a desk moving. At the same time, you are thinking about where recruitment is heading, particularly across AI, transformation, digital capability, and emerging workforce needs.
You do not just want to respond to briefs. You want to bring a point of view.
You will bring:
two or more years’ experience in a senior 360 recruitment role
a proven ability to win business, manage client relationships, and deliver placements
a solid understanding of current roles across digital delivery, including emerging positions and the increasing emphasis on AI-related roles
strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills
the ability to work with pace and urgency while maintaining sound commercial judgement
confidence in consultative client conversations, not just transactional delivery
curiosity about how industries, roles, and workforce needs are changing
the energy and ambition to help build something broader than a traditional recruitment desk
